Metal hooks

Metal Hooks are screw-threaded fasteners that are supplied with hooks to create a mounting bracket for hanging or support purposes. The clamping strength of a metal hook depends largely on the type of fastening solution.

For example, a metal hook with a rawl bolt as fastening solution will have better clamping strength than a metal hook with a pin-type anchor. These metal hooks use a friction-based expansion mechanism. After inserting into the hole, the fastening solution is rotated to expand in diameter and, due to friction, couples the base material firmly.

Pressfit manufacturers different types of metal hooks including ring hook, open hook, MS hook for heavy-duty applications.

EXCEPTIONAL FEATURES

Yellow Dichromate Plated

The yellow dichromate coating prevents corrosion of the zinc and increases the overall protection of the hooks. Consequently, they also inherit a rainbow or iridescent look with dominant yellow tones.

Embossment On Wedge Anchor Clip

The wedge anchors used with MS Hook have embossment on each extension bracket. This allows them to penetrate deeply into the base material and also leave room for future expansion if cracks appear.

Sturdy & Reliable

Being robust and reliable is one of the prerequisites for choosing a metal hook for any application requirement. Over the years, our brand has become synonymous with trust and quality for the excellent track record of our products. Our decades of experience clearly set us apart from other manufacturers.

Top Quality Steel Alloy

These metal hooks are made of a top-notch steel alloy, which makes them very durable and corrosion-resistant. They are also equipped with “memory” so that they do not lose out the grip due to a crack in the mounting material.

Optimal Taper Area

The fastening solutions used have an optimal tapered area to allow maximum expansion in all base materials. This gives them the best clamping force to penetrate deep into the material even if the torque is not that high.

Raised Impact Section

Our fastening solutions are designed with a raised impact section to protect the screw threads from possible deformation during installation. It even allows better penetration of fasteners into the passage created by the drill, making installation swift and easier.
